You may need some sessions for a few minutes while others may be repeated over a long period of time. Sustained, long-lasting results are best experienced with regular sessions. There are several guided meditative sessions to assist you in experiencing living life connected to soul. The time for each Talklet session averages 5 to 10 minutes. Choose from any life area and any or all of the following: Introduction, Contemplation, Action, Quest, Journal, and Meditation.
